Online Therapy Sessions
If you live far away or for any reason it is not possible for you to come to my practice, then Skype sessions are a good alternative. I can work with you from the comfort of your home, office or anywhere else.
Talk therapy and effective NLP techniques are employed during online sessions to help you find solutions and learn new ways of coping with difficult and challenging situations in your life such as: stress, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, low mood, low self-esteem, lack of confidence, excessive worry, fear, phobias, interview nerves, sleep problems, headaches.

Skype Sessions can be booked in blocks of 2, 4 or 6 sessions.

Every person is different, 2 sessions may suffice to one person while others may need more.
